The three accredited Laboratories of Olive Oil Analyses based at Chania, Kalamata and Mytilene, with state of the art facilities and specialized scientific and technical personnel, implement the International Standard ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 for conducting laboratory analyses. Therefore, they provide analyses of high quality and reliability and also technical advice related to olive oil from the field up to consumption.
